THE PROCEDURE
The procedure consists in placing semirigid implants through a small intraoral incision. There is a wide range of shapes and sizes, the one with the most suitable facial characteristics must be chosen, which varies greatly in each particular case.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended to quit smoking several months prior to the surgery.
RESULTS
To allow proper healing following the surgery, you may be placed on a liquid diet
for a day or two. The treated area will be appropriately dressed. After a chin or cheek augmentation, you will most likely be up and about the same day as surgery and get back to your usual chores within one to two weeks.
